8 Gym & Spa Complex – Libya
Located in Libya, this state-of-the-art 8 Gym & Spa Complex is designed to offer a premium wellness experience through a fully integrated health and fitness facility. The project features a modern architectural design with a built-up area tailored to accommodate a spacious gym hall, a luxurious spa zone, a swimming pool, and supportive amenities such as locker rooms, lounges, and a health-focused restaurant.
The building’s standout feature is its elegant central glass atrium, which welcomes guests into a vibrant, naturally lit space. The exterior is framed with clean lines, soft textures, night lighting, and lush landscaping reflecting modern aesthetics and functionality.
VEE was responsible for the complete Design & Build scope, including architectural and structural design, interior layout planning, electromechanical systems, and full site supervision to ensure flawless execution from concept to delivery.
Legacy Residential Tower
A revival of elegance, this eight-story Legacy Residential Tower in NASR CITY pays tribute to classic residential-commercial architecture, reimagined with a modern edge. Designed to combine functionality, comfort, and timeless aesthetic appeal, this project stands as a symbol of VEE’s long-standing expertise in delivering integrated building solutions.
The building’s vertical stone-clad facade, framed by ambient architectural lighting, highlights its symmetrical balconies and premium materials, creating a welcoming urban landmark that seamlessly blends commercial activity on the lower floors with luxury residential living above.

Modern Villa – Madinaty, New Cairo
This contemporary private villa located in Madinaty, New Cairo, stands as a statement of modern architecture with clean lines, minimalistic geometry, and elegant exterior finishes. Our role in this project focused on delivering bespoke interior design and full contracting services for all finishing works, ensuring every space reflects luxury, comfort, and modern functionality.

Private Villa - Waten home – New Cairo
The Waten Home Project in New Cairo is a prestigious private residential villa with a total built-up area of 1,800 square meters. Designed and supervised by Value Engineering Egypt (VEE), the project reflects our commitment to delivering fully integrated architectural and structural engineering solutions, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and structural integrity.
Our architectural scope focused on creating a neoclassical-inspired design, featuring a grand façade with sculpted moldings, Corinthian columns, and an iconic arched central window with decorative ironwork. Every element of the exterior was designed to reflect timeless elegance, while the interior layouts were carefully planned to maximize comfort, functionality, and efficient use of space.
On the structural side, our engineering team developed comprehensive structural design calculations, ensuring the building’s safety, durability, and compliance with all engineering standards. We coordinated structural solutions with architectural requirements to avoid any compromises on the design intent while maintaining structural soundness.
Additionally, we provided full landscape and exterior lighting design, highlighting the architectural features through well-planned night lighting, garden layouts, and pathway illumination.

The Waten Home Project in Badr City is a premium private villa with a total built-up area of 1,800 square meters. Value Engineering Egypt (VEE) was responsible for providing full architectural and structural design services, in addition to site supervision throughout all project stages.
The villa’s design reflects neoclassical architecture, featuring detailed columns, arches, and decorative elements that give the building a timeless and elegant character. proud to deliver the K9 Security Unit at Cairo Festival City (CFC) as Main Contractor With partnership solutions for contracting , providing a fully operational, semi-open facility designed under the vehicle ramp. Our scope included civil works, fencing, lighting, and kennel installations, ensuring a safe and functional space for K9 operations. The design maximizes ventilation, durability, and operational efficiency, with secure indoor and outdoor zones for dog handling and training. This project reflects VEE’s commitment to delivering specialized security infrastructure tailored to client needs, executed with high quality and on-time performance, supporting 24/7 safety operations at one of Egypt’s largest destinations.
